Title it's taking too long

Hi, it's been more than 3 weeks since I made the purchase and the status is still "Preparing shipment". Last week, you replied that "it will be released this week", I wonder when exactly will it be shipped? Initailly, I thought it will be shipped out within 7 days, now it's more than 21 days...
