Title About Shipping Costs

Hello, I am tryting to order two phone cases, an eco bag and a fabric pencil case online. But it shows that the shipping cost is over $40, which I thought would be $30 to the U.S. as these items are of low weight. I am wondering whether the shipping cost is justified, thank you!
