Can we get some answers as to when orders will be shipped? I placed my order on Nov 25th, 2022 and I've tried to reach out to MULTIPLE emails MULTIPLE times and I have not heard a single reply. What's going on? Should I go file for a dispute with Paypal or something?

I'm not trying to lose my patience and I understand that Corona has affected shipping, but this is absolutely ridiculous that there's no communication and they're trying to hide these issues. I'd almost call it scamming if it weren't for the positive shopping experience that I've had before in 2020.
